6th Grade vs Princeton (40 - 39) Win The 6th Grade Spartans took their first lead of the game in the final seconds to come out victorious over the sharp-shooting Princeton Tigers. The boys started out slow and found themselves in a hole early on. Down 7 at the end of the first quarter, the Tigers maintained the lead headed into the locker room at the half. The Spartans came back out in the second half and never quit battling. The Tigers lead by 5 going into the 4th quarter and held the lead until lead until the last 9 seconds of the game when a Charlie Holscher shot from the short corner rimmed out but was tipped by Keeston Like to Brady Cary, who scored the game winner as the buzzer sounded. The win moves the team to 4-0 on the season and the Spartans are back in action next Tuesday against Vincennes Clark in historic Adams Coliseum.
